1. Purpose

Tmaroc (tmaroc.com) is a practical-information platform about Morocco published by Tmaroc (see Legal notice). Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. Informational nature of the service

Published information (duty pharmacies, computed prayer times, reference exchange rates, postal codes, useful numbers, establishment directories, transport, weather, calculators, guides) is provided for information only. Tmaroc is an independent service, not an official website. Timetables, prices, availability and contact details must be confirmed with the organisation concerned before any decision.

3. Third-party sources and freshness

Data comes from public sources identified on each page with their verification date. It may be incomplete or outdated despite our checks; the displayed confidence levels must be taken into account.

4. Specific services

  • Duty pharmacies: rosters change often; call before travelling. In a life-threatening emergency dial 15 or 19.
  • Health: directories of doctors, clinics and laboratories are neither a diagnosis nor a recommendation.
  • Transport: indicative durations and options drawn from networks published by operators; confirm timetables and booking with the operator.
  • Exchange rates: reference rates, different from the rates applied by banks and exchange bureaus.
  • Prayer times: computed with the stated method; your mosque’s adhan prevails.
  • Weather: numerical model forecasts; consult the Direction Générale de la Météorologie for official warnings.
  • Useful numbers: verified on the date shown; when in doubt dial 15 or 19.
  • Calculators: indicative results with no contractual value.

5. Links and external services

Links to third-party sites and embedded services (maps, directions) are their publishers’ responsibility (External links).

6. User contributions

Reports, business claims and messages must be accurate and in good faith. They are verified by the team before any data change. Abusive, misleading or illegal content is rejected.

7. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to disrupt the service, bypass its protections, bulk-extract data or reuse content in breach of the Intellectual property page. A limited public API is provided for reasonable use.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”. Tmaroc may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tmaroc is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of published information, from unavailability of the site or from third-party content. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
