Legal framework

Tmaroc operates from Morocco and applies Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the guidance of the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the consent mechanisms applicable to advertising cookies are respected.

Data processed and purposes

  • Browsing (internal statistics): day, hour, page, language, device class, browser family, referrer category, country when provided by the hosting infrastructure. No IP address, no persistent identifier, no cookie; a technical fingerprint derived from the IP address and browser changes every day and does not allow day-to-day tracking. Purpose: operating and improving the service (legitimate interest). Raw rows deleted after the period shown in the Privacy center; daily aggregates kept.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): only with your consent; IP anonymised; Google acts as a processor under its terms.
  • Advertising (Google AdSense): only with your consent where regulation requires it; Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time.
  • Geolocation (“Near me”): position sent once, on your action, to compute distances; never stored or linked to your browsing.
  • Forms (contact, report, business claim): name, email, message and supporting documents you provide; IP address truncated or not stored (anti-abuse); purpose: handling your request. Retention: processed messages, reports and closed claims deleted after the periods shown in the Privacy center.
  • Consent choice: technical cookie storing your preferences for 180 days.
  • Administration: team member accounts (session, security log), not concerning visitors.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies: language, form protection, admin session, consent memory. Optional cookies (after consent): audience measurement, advertising, personalisation. Details and management: Cookie policy, “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Recipients and transfers

Form data is accessible to the Tmaroc team and the hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.). Google services, when enabled with your consent, may process data outside Morocco under their own safeguards.

Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), protected admin access, logging of sensitive actions, minimisation of collected data.
